|  | Wats, wats everywhere. At the end of our 2-day trip to Ayutthaya, we swore we didn't want to see another wat =)
Ayutthaya is a mere 2-hr train ride from Bangkok. But there's so many, er, wats to see in this charming place that a day trip will be suicide. We stayed at a backpackers place called PU Inn. Like Bangkok, the street food was a delight. And the wats... less ornate version of Angkor but they amazed me just the same.

| | One day and one night. That's exactly how long I stayed in Bangkok. My cousin Lorelei and I went to visit our good friend Jofelle in Bangkok. Saw the usual touristy sights, feasted on yummy street food and went on a shopping and shooting spree at Chatuchak market. Had an early night's rest (no Patpong for us) for the following day we're off to Ayutthaya.
By the way, Jof gave me copies of the Asianews magazine that published my Boracay and Beijing photos in 2 of their issues. What to do upon seeing your photo published for the first time? Squeal in delight, that's what I did. It was gratis tho. Sana next time may bayad na hehe.
