|  | Ten photography enthusiasts drove from Singapore to Sepang to watch the Malaysian Grand Prix. Endured 2 hours waiting in line at the sauna called Johor Bahru Immigration. Stopped by Malacca and KL and did the touristy thing. Then on to the Sepang circuit for an explosion of sounds, sights and sweat.
A punishing 3-day trip but a good chance to learn from the photography masters. It was also my first F1 race. Not that I'm a fan now.

| | After waiting for 6+ months, cuz Ivo and I finally climbed Mt Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. Did I reach the summit? Yes, and stood there for a grand total of 1 min. Did I see the famed sunrise from the summit? Nope. It rained and the wind howled for good measure. But it was all fun. One more adventure off my lifelist.
